No notifications can have two main origins.

Incorrect email address

Check that your email address in your personal account is correct. If it’s a typing error, the notification email will be lost. We therefore advise you to consult the status of your order and contact our services.

For some of you with this type of mailbox, our messages are classified as spam.
In this case, you can find our emails in your spam folder.

CREDIT CARD

You will be redirected to the secure payment platform of Paypal, so that the bank transaction takes place in total security conditions.
You will then be asked to complete the required fields in order to proceed with the payment.

PAYPAL

If you choose to pay by Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal site and will be able to pay using your account.

Our shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the delivery service.

We dispatch an order within 24 working hours on average, after receipt of payment and printing time. It is therefore necessary to add approximately 24 working hours to the indicated transport time to obtain your total delivery time.
